By accessing or using aibootstrapperacademy.com ("the Academy", "this website"), enrolling in a course, or purchasing the Academy Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or purchase our courses.

AIBOOTSTRAPPER Academy is operated by AIBOOTSTRAPPER. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

AIBOOTSTRAPPER Academy provides online video courses covering AI automation, AI marketing, AI product development and AI leadership, built from AIBOOTSTRAPPER's own client work.

Every course includes one fully free module that any visitor can watch without payment or account creation, so you can evaluate the teaching quality before purchasing.

Courses can be purchased individually for lifetime access, or accessed in full through the Academy Pass, a recurring monthly subscription covering all current and future courses.

To enroll in a course or purchase the Academy Pass, you must provide accurate and current information, including your name and a valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials associated with your enrollment, and for all activity that occurs under your enrollment.

Prices are displayed in both US Dollars (USD) and Indian Rupees (INR). Individual course payments are processed by Razorpay, our third party payment gateway, in whichever of those two currencies you select at checkout. The Academy Pass subscription bills in INR only.

By making a payment, you authorise us, through Razorpay, to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method.

We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on our own servers. All payment information is handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with its own security standards.

Course prices and the Academy Pass price may change at any time. Changes will not affect courses or subscription periods already purchased.

Every individual course purchase is covered by a 7 day, no questions asked guarantee: email us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no justification required. We would rather refund you than have you sit on a course you do not trust.

Academy Pass subscription charges follow the same 7 day guarantee for your most recent billing cycle only. You can also cancel the subscription at any time to stop future billing; cancelling does not itself trigger a refund of the current period outside the 7 day window, but you keep access until that period ends.

Refund requests are handled by emailing the address below with your payment reference.

The Academy Pass is a recurring monthly subscription that grants access to all current courses and any new courses released during your active subscription.

Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then current price until you cancel.

If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current paid billing period, after which access to Academy Pass exclusive content will end. Courses purchased individually are not affected by Academy Pass cancellation.

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to access and view that course for your own individual learning.

You may not share your login or purchased access with anyone else, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our course content without our prior written permission.

Certificates of completion are issued for your personal use to demonstrate your learning and may be shared (for example on LinkedIn) but the underlying course content itself remains our intellectual property.

Certificates of completion are issued upon finishing a course in full. They are a record of course completion and are not an accredited academic qualification unless explicitly stated otherwise.

From time to time we curate and link to free courses offered directly by third party organisations such as Google, NVIDIA, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic and DeepLearning.AI. These links take you to the official websites of those organisations.

We do not host, control, endorse in full, or claim any ownership of that third party content. Your use of any third party course is governed entirely by that organisation's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or another user's account, upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

Our courses are provided for educational purposes. While they are built from real, practical work, we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, income, or result from applying what you learn.

The website and courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIBOOTSTRAPPER and AIBOOTSTRAPPER Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our courses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our courses for any user who violates these terms, without refund, at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
